
People Next is a unique program based on an ‘Experiential Learning’ model, to ensure that mid level people managers are equipped to address the real world challenges that they face on a daily basis. This program is specifically aimed at nurturing the HR/People leaders and taking their expertise to a whole new level.
The program is built issues/ challenges that around a 3 layered approach to resolve people related challenges;
1. What is the issue that needs resolution?
2. What is the tool/methodology to resolve this issue?
3. What is the “source- code”- the fundamental HR concept/ framework used to resolve this?
HOW IS THIS PROGRAM UNIQUE?

This program has been designed with multiple rounds of discussion with the industry. Some Key differentiators of this program are:
1. Application Focused Curriculum & Faculty: The content and delivery of the program focuses more on application of concepts. Faculty will guide you to apply the concepts learned in class to find solutions to some of the crucial people challenges you may be facing at work. The faculty has spent considerable time in the industry and has excellent academic credentials.
2. One-on-One Coaching: You will have the opportunity to get the benefits of one-on-one coaching from industry veterans. You can seek answers to some of the individual professional challenges that you may be facing.
3. Action Learning Projects: As part of this program you will work on real life Action Learning Projects in your organization. This is a powerful medium of experiential learning and will provide you with an opportunity to implement what you learn during this program.
