Hersh Sharma
BLP
Placed with : Navjyoti India Foundation
I feel that the Development Sector or Change Sector (as I say) in India is still in its nurturing stage and needs proper planning and execution in order to serve the beneficiaries more effectively. Learning at Soil has helped me develop multiple intelligences and has urged me to put these intelligences in to action. I feel important to be a part of this change and contribute in making this sector more efficient.

Marketing Leadership Program
Placed with : Maruti Suzuki
I would be joining the coveted Sales and Marketing management training program at Maruti Suzuki. I would like to start by thanking the brilliant effort put by the CF team , when it came to giving individual attention to every students career aspirations. Needless to say, class room input provided by the world class faculty in the classroom gave me that extra edge to prepare and face the interview with a lot of courage of conviction and confidence. At SOIL things are done in a very different manner and the career forward process of students is no different. Kudos to the career forward team, who is facing the global slowdown with a pinch of salt and providing new age opportunities for its students.
