The course curriculum is designed to quickly and thoroughly prepare participants for a career in a global business environment. The aim is reflected in the compressed time frame, reliance on individual and group assignments and a clear focus on global and contemporary HR themes and challenges.
The HR program builds and nurtures high quality HR Practitioners. The program addresses a range of critical and necessary topics including the role of HR in today’s business environment, key HR processes and systems, HR Information Systems and Technology, measuring the impact of HR. The program is designed and delivered with the help of leading practitioners, academicians and consultants. Our students are also given an opportunity to work on HR consulting projects and given special memberships including that of WorldatWork (www.worldatwork.org) which is an association of human resource professionals from FORTUNE 500 and other leading organizations worldwide focused on attracting, motivating and retaining employees. To enhance the value of the program, SOIL has engaged the “HR Collective”, a forum of HR Leaders from companies such Pepsi, Genpact, Metlife etc who deliver a specially designed course for our HR students. The course is extremely helpful as it brings the world of practice to the classroom.
