I am using this medium to express my feelings towards my business school SOIL. As the name suggests, the School of Inspired Leadership inspires young talents and helps them to grow both professionally and personally. To be honest, I can relate SOIL with the school I always dreamt of, a school which helps students in understanding their talents and passions. A school where an individual's thought and thinking is given supreme importance. The journey began on 14th June 2010, a big day in my life. It has been a great experience, be it Sachdev Sir's leadership workshop or Mr. Rajit Mehta's industry oriented session. It has been an amazing one week. I have explored a new "ME" over the past couple of days. The learning experiences have been amazing. The one thing which I like the best is the morning circle. It's reminiscent of my childhood days. Life is a learning journey, every day we learn something. I am sure it will be a fruitful journey and SOIL will help me develop as a human being with the values of the five foundation pillars of SOIL: ethics, compassion, diversity, mindfulness and sustainability.
