SOIL is a B school that prides in its research activities. We seek to contribute to the body of knowledge in different streams of management research over the years. We intend to achieve our objective by maintaining a focus on faculty driven result oriented research. Harnessing the intellectual capital of strong research oriented faculty base of SOIL and working in partnership with our industry partners will be central to our efforts in producing pioneering research. We also intend to give our students an exposure to world class research experience by gainfully involving them in research activities in course of their learning at SOIL.
In the initial years of SOIL, we look forward to contributing through
1. Case Study Development in cognisance with Industry partners
2. Theme based research by bringing together the best minds in the field and facilitating a dialogue among them.
