They help build a real time global perspective of the business world, and explore new paradigms in learning and innovation. Higher education is no longer about addressing a hundred bright minds on Marketing or Finance from a podium; but engaging them in a dialogue which is meaningful and collaborative. Using participant centric learning, our emphasis is on building leaders for the future. Students at SOIL also learn through interactions with stalwarts from industry. The aim is for participants to imbibe what it takes to be a leader who is not only competent but who has the humility, wisdom, compassion and ability to inspire others. Lisa Powell Graham is a life coach, writer, public speaker, and dancer who conducts workshops around the world inspiring and empowering people to live their happiest, fullest lives and be their best selves.

She is a Harvard-trained strategic planner and communications consultant who has worked with life coaches, spiritual teachers, her personal guru and more for the past five years to develop a methodology to help people experience their deepest happiness while unleashing their greatest dreams.

Lisa travels the world teaching, writing and dancing, and helps others to live their dreams through her dream workshops and life coaching business. Her book, Burning Down the House: The True Story of a Writer, Dancer and Aspiring Bodhisattva Who Rose From the Ashes, is targeted for publication in 2011.
