Dr. Swaminathan Sabesan
Dr.Swaminathan Sabesan is from a behavioural science background with a doctorate in Organizational Behavior. He did his post doctoral diploma in training and development from ISTD, New Delhi. His 20 years of professional experience includes teaching, research, facilitation, assessment, mentoring, coaching, administration and institution building.
Dr. Sabesan is a motivational speaker and has addressed various forums like NIPM, ISTD and MMA. He has appeared in talks shows of Kalaignar TV and Moon TV.He has authored courseware on Psychology and Human Resource Management for many South Indian Universities. He has published several articles in journals of repute and presented papers at National and International conferences.
As a qualified psychologist, he standardized and administered several psychometric tests to thousands of professionals and non- professionals across his professional career and they are widely used in many organizations. Thomas International certified him on Thomas personal profile analysis. He is also a consultant to some MNCs. He has the privilege of working closely with more than 50 CEOs in connection with their developmental needs.
Dr. Sabesan was the university first rank holder and also the recipient of several awards that include “Psychometric Educational Services award for the valuable services and contributions to Human Resource Development” by the Chief Minister of Pondicherry .He was the All India Merit Awardee of Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi. He works passionately on improving the quality of life and helps people reach their true potential through the power of positive psychology and Emotional Intelligence.
Currently,he is the Director- Programs & Research, Executive and Business Coaching Foundation India - CFI, India s first institution dedicated to fulfil the coaching needs of CEOs.
