The Caliper Profile is recognized as the most accurate measure of assessing leadership capabilities. It is a comprehensive assessment which provides measures of your potential to demonstrate those competencies which are essential aspects of successful leadership and management - influencing, managing relationships, interpersonal skill, problem solving, decision making and personal organization and time management.
